The VARNA earrings are a contemporary interpretation of prehistoric symbols from the Varna culture — one of the earliest societies associated with gold craftsmanship. Their form is not decorative but ritual: the irregular contour and central opening recall the shapes of early amulets and idol-like objects.
Each pair is handcrafted in jeweller’s brass and left with a visible metal structure. The surface is not polished to perfection — it preserves traces of the making process and the raw materiality of the metal, making every piece unique.
Mounted on surgical steel posts, the earrings remain stable and comfortable to wear despite their expressive, object-like form.
